Our approach
The site is designed with semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, responsive layouts, useful labels, reduced-motion consideration, and clear form feedback in mind. We aim to apply relevant WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles without claiming that every experience is perfect in every technology combination.
Ongoing improvement
Content, browsers, assistive technology, and site features change. Accessibility checks are part of development and maintenance, and reported barriers should be investigated and addressed according to impact and feasibility.
Request help or report a barrier
If you have difficulty using the site, submit the project form and identify the message as an accessibility request. Describe the page, task, device, browser, and assistive technology when comfortable doing so. Do not include sensitive information.
Alternative access
When a site barrier prevents access to public information or the inquiry process, Boise AI Studio will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or an alternative way to complete the task.
