Boise AI Studio publishes every supported opt-in method here so customers and messaging providers can verify exactly how consent is requested and recorded.

Program scope

Requested service conversations only

Boise AI Studio, a DBA of Up In Pieces LLC, uses (208) 248-3237for one-to-one conversational and service-related messages about inquiries, appointments, proposals, projects, and requested services. The program is not used for purchased lists, cold outreach, or marketing messages.

Separate optional checkbox

On the project inquiry form, the customer supplies a mobile number and may check a separate box that is unchecked by default. The inquiry can be submitted without SMS consent.

When checked, the server records the mobile number, server receipt time, source URL, disclosure version, and exact disclosure text. An unchecked or omitted box records no SMS consent.

An explicit “Yes” after the full script

During a live call or in-person conversation, staff read the following script verbatim before sending a text. A voicemail, callback request, or phone number alone does not count as consent.

Only an unambiguous, affirmative Yes from the owner or authorized controller of the number completes opt-in. Silence, ambiguity, or any other response is treated as no consent.

03 / Signed paper

A separate checked and signed request

The customer enters the mobile number, checks the separate SMS-consent box, and signs and dates the Boise AI Studio paper form. A business card or contact information by itself does not grant consent. Signed copies are retained privately as proof.

04 / Customer-initiated SMS

The customer sends the first text

A customer may voluntarily send the first message to (208) 248-3237. Boise AI Studio retains the inbound provider message ID, sender and recipient numbers, content, and UTC receipt time, and replies only about that request or conversation. An inbound text is not consent to marketing or unrelated recurring messages.

Control record

Proof, opt-out, and re-consent

Consent evidence is retained with the mobile number, method, UTC date and time, disclosure version and text, and the supporting inquiry, call, meeting, signed form, or inbound-message reference. Public examples never contain customer data.

Replying STOP revokes consent and creates a do-not-contact record. After the required opt-out confirmation, no further messages are sent unless the customer later provides new consent. Reply HELP, email contact@boiseaistudio.com, or call (208) 248-3237 for assistance.
