Information you provide
When you submit a project inquiry, you may provide your name, work email, optional phone number, company, team-size range, service interest, timing, current tools, and a description of the business challenge. If you separately choose to receive text messages, Boise AI Studio also records your consent choice, the date and source of consent, and the disclosure version shown to you. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive data through the general inquiry form.
Text messaging and consent records
Text messaging is optional. Boise AI Studio uses mobile numbers and SMS consent records only to provide conversational and service-related messages you requested, such as responses to inquiries, consultation scheduling or changes, requested follow-ups, and project or service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not required to submit the project form or purchase services.
Information collected automatically
The hosting and security infrastructure may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled to provide aggregate page-view and performance measurements, including navigation timing and basic page, referrer, browser, device, and network-derived region information. Boise AI Studio does not use it to identify individual visitors or track them across unrelated websites.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to review and respond to your request, assess project fit, communicate about potential work through the channels you selected, provide requested text-message conversations and service updates, protect the site, troubleshoot delivery, document consent, and maintain appropriate business records. Information is not used to make automated high-impact decisions about you.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, security, form delivery, communications, text-message delivery, and related operations. They receive information only as needed to provide those services and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Sharing and sale
Boise AI Studio does not sell inquiry information. No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data or consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed to service providers that help operate the website or deliver requested communications, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate handling.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described, legal obligations, dispute handling, and business records. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of inquiry information by emailing contact@boiseaistudio.com. For text messages, reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not prevent you from using the website or communicating by email or phone. Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, consent, or recordkeeping reasons.
Children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Do not submit information about a child through the project form.
